1. What is your lead time?

Our lead time right now is 10 days to 2 weeks for complicated cake with a lot of details and 1 week for simple cakes.

2. What is the best way to place the order?

Please submit our online order form and we will call you to discuss about the details and pricing.

3. What are the prices for your cake?

Our cake are priced based on the design and the amount of servings.

4. Do you deliver?

Yes, we only offer delivering within 25 miles for now, the delivery fee is based on the distance.

5. Do you need a deposit to place the order?

We do require a 50%  non-refundable deposit to place the order.

6. What are your payment method?

We accept all cards except American Express and Discover, as well as Zelle and Cash.

7. Does my cake need to be refrigerated?

Yes, please keep the cake refrigerated if you don't serve right away.

We recommend taking the cake out 1 hour before the event.

Our cakes taste the best at room temperature.
