COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you inquire
For wedding cakes and large commissions, we recommend 3-6 weeks in advance. For custom celebration cakes, 2–3 weeks is ideal. Same-day and next-day designs are available from our Signature Collection.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Yes — tasting experiences are available for wedding and milestone commissions. A dedicated tasting fee applies. We'll curate a selection of flavors and pairings tailored to your preference
Do you offer tastings?
A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your cake is collected or delivered. All card transactions carry a 4% convenience fee
What is your payment policy?
White-glove delivery and styling is available for tiered and wedding commissions. Studio pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30am–6pm, and Sunday 11am–1pm
Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely. Share the image during your consultation and we'll recreate or adapt it for your celebration. Every commission includes a custom design sketch for your approval before we begin.
Can I request a design I saw on your Instagram?
That's perfectly fine — most clients come to us with just a feeling or a color. Our personal consultation is designed to draw out your vision. You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
