SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY

Complete our Wedding Inquiry Form. hare your date, guest count, and any initial inspiration — photos, colors, themes, or even just a feeling.

SECURE YOUR DATE

A 50% deposit confirms your date and secures your commission. Wedding dates fill quickly — we recommend booking at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance, and 3 to 6 months for large or complex designs.

PRIVATE CONSULTATION

We schedule a personal consultation — in-studio or by phone — to discuss every detail of your design. Flavor selections, icing finish, tiers, custom toppers, florals, and more.

YOUR CAKE IS CREATED

In the week before your wedding, our team will call to confirm every detail of your commission, bakes, builds, and hand-finishes every tier. Your remaining balance is collected at this stage, so your cake is fully taken care of before it is ever touched.

CUSTOM QUOTE& DESIGN

You receive a tailored quote and, for Signature and Luxury commissions, a design sketch for your approval. We refine together until the vision is exactly right.

DELIVERY OR PICKUP

We offer white-glove delivery to your venue, or a scheduled studio pickup for local commissions. The remaining balance is due at this stage.
